The application of network-centric methods and systems in problems of the crisis situations` elimination in large-scale networks and systems is discussed. The network-centric methods` features for the crisis situations` analysis and control of operational impacts of network links in crisis situations are described. The main concern was with the network-centric dispatching purposes and stages of counteraction to crisis situations in large-scale networks.
