The article is focused on utilitarian method of calculation of frequency characteristics of elastic electronic polarization of condensed materials. The authors give results of computer modeling of the optimized optical spectra of a number of pure crystal oxides, and the sequential spectral properties of the composite sample synthesized on their basis.
