The system analysis of a human body functions state for two forms of nosology in various environmental conditions is carried out within the limits of methods based on principles of the theory of chaos and synergetic. Distinctions in the tendency of quasiattractors parameters change in phase space for two time periods (autumn and spring) are revealed.
