BIOINFORMATICS HOMOLOGY AND EVOLUTION RESEARCH PROTEINS INVOLVED IN BIOMINERALIZATION
The article gives examples of their own bioinformatics studies of peptides and proteins (silicateins, silicase, silaffins, transporters silicon, magnetosome proteins) involved in biomineralization, using modern computer techniques.
