NEURAL NETWORK REGION MODEL FOR CONTROL ACTION CHOICE IN THE FIELD OF HYGIENE SAFET

The study has developed a mathematical model intended for choosing rational management activities in the system of Federal State Service for Surveillance in the Sphere of Consumer Protection and Human Well-Being. These activities will decrease morbidity and mortality rates in urban and rural areas of the region. The model is based on perceptron neural networks. The suggested approach can be employed in both regions and cities of the Russian Federation but building adequate neural-network mathematical models requires detailed statistical information about those regions.
