ANALYSIS OF NOSQL DATABASE PROPERTIES
The paper shows that NoSQL databases have several advantages when used in search engines. The author analyzes the CAP theorem and gives an example that demonstrates the possibility of NoSQL databases to maintain consistency or availability at the level of individual queries to the database. It is shown that the absence of record locks and transactions makes the use of NoSQL databases in the financial systems problematic.
