SIMULATION OF SEM-IMAGES CONTRAST FORMATION OF FERROELECTRIC DOMAIN STRUCTURES
A computer simulation system was proposed to calculate images of ferroelectric domain structures observed with use of scanning electron microscope techniques. The algorithm is based on mathematical model of videosignal forming with pyroelectric mode. The results of computing experiment were also presented.
