CALCULATION ALGORITHM OF INHERENT PARAMETERS OF TETRAHEDRAL WATER CONGLOMERATES (Н2О)5
The article deals with the effective definition of numerical values of inherent parameters of tetrahedral water conglomerates (Н2О)5. There are the results of computer simulation of the dielectric characteristics of relaxational polarization in water array totally consisting of concerned types of molecular formations.
