AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT OF THE TRAFFIC FLOW DENSITY USING SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS
The article describes program system of computer vision for automatic measurement of the traffic flow density using static images from public surveillance cameras. The system based on computer learning process is to adjust vehicle recognition process to specific scene geometry and light conditions. It recognizes different types of vehicles and demonstrates quite low error level.
